Program Narrative: 
A 1.5 hour program reviewing common pediatric and endocrine disorders from a psychosocial perspective with emphasis on both medical disorders which can present with psychological symptomatology as well as psychological effects of common pediatric endocrine disorders. Program material will review didactic as well as clinical content with an emphasis on optimal interdisciplinary management of these at-risk children and adolescent and their families. 

Learning Objectives: 

1. To recognize four endocrine disorders, in childhood and adolescence that may present with psychological symptomatology.
2. To review psychosocial implication of chronic disease from a systemic perspective
3. To review recent research on patient/parent/provider dynamics in adolescents with type 1 diabetes.
4. To review mechanisms for improving mental health provider/medical provider collaboration in the management of children and adolescents with chronic medical disorders. 

Registration Policies: On–Site Registration fees will increase by $20. Refunds less a $25 administrative fee will be granted until March 15, 2019. No refunds after March 15, 2019.
